Scope

These terms govern the use of https://www.dasafoodfest.it and participation in the events organised as part of Dasà Food Fest.

Website content

Programme, times, guests and stands may change for organisational or weather reasons. Published information is kept up to date with the greatest care but does not constitute a contractual obligation.

Tickets

Where applicable, tickets grant access to the areas and dates indicated. The ticket is personal and must be kept for the whole duration of the event. Should the event be cancelled, refund instructions will be provided through the official channels.

Conduct during the event

Access implies compliance with staff instructions and safety rules. The organisers may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone behaving dangerously or offensively.

Intellectual property

The logo, texts, images and other website content belong to the organisers or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without authorisation.

Photos and filming

Photos and videos may be taken during the event to document and promote the festival. If you prefer not to appear, please let the staff know.

Applicable law

Italian law applies. Any dispute shall be settled by the court of the consumer’s place of residence, where provided for by applicable law.
