What we collect

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), subject and message.
• Newsletter: email address and preferred language.
• Visit statistics: page visited, referrer, device type, browser and an encrypted identifier of your IP address (non-reversible). We do not use third-party advertising tools.

Why we process it

• To reply to messages sent through the contact form (legal basis: responding to your request).
• To send festival updates if you subscribed to the newsletter (legal basis: consent).
• To measure site performance in aggregate form (legal basis: legitimate interest).

Retention

Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request. Newsletter subscriptions remain active until you unsubscribe. Statistical data is kept in aggregate or pseudonymised form.

Recipients

Data is handled by the festival staff and by our hosting provider, acting as data processor. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to info@dasafoodfest.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Minors

This website is not intended to collect data from children under 14.
